The following User Agreement (the "User Agreement") contains the terms and conditions for the use of our system. By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms and conditions contained below in this User Agreement.

The User Agreement may be updated by RAD Internet Advertising, Inc., owner of RealEstate2Go.net, at any time. The amended User Agreement will be posted on the site and must be accepted by any and all participants of the system and its services. Acceptance of the User Agreement requires you to abide by our guidelines which explain the site rules, as well as acceptable and unacceptable conduct by users. If you do not accept the User Agreement, you are prohibited from using the RealEstate2Go.net Vacation Rental Marketplace.

Registration:

• Our services are available only to, and may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to children (persons under the age of 18) or to temporarily or indefinitely suspended RealEstate2Go.net members. If you are a under the age of 18, you can use this service only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If you do not qualify, please do not use our Site. Further, your RealEstate2Go.net account and User ID may not be transferred or sold to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement.
   
• All registrants must submit accurate and true information. Registered user agree to update associated profile information as needed.
   
• Upon registering, users will be e-mailed their chosen Password and Username. Both codes are required to login to their account user area. Please keep these codes in a safe place as you will be held responsible for all activity occurring with their use!
   
• Once registered, all users who wish to participate in the RealEstate2Go.net Real Estate and Rental Property Classifieds should use the Member Login box in the left margin to access the registered user area.
   
• If you forget your username or password, they may be retrieved by using the Lost Password link within the same box. Please do not attempt to re-register. Only one account is allowed per user and e-mail address.
   
• You may change information associated with your registration profile, such as Password or e-mail address, by using Edit Your Profile section in the Member area.

Fees and Services:

• We do charge fees for featured listings and multiple listings for agents. When you list an item you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged. We may change fees for our services at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and the Site and all applicable taxes

Use of the Services and Site:

• Use of the services of the RealEstate2Go.net website is governed by this User Agreement and the appropriate site guidelines.
   

• Prohibited Use: RealEstate2Go.net only permits use of its services by registered users. In addition, any data or e-mail mining, or any other use of user information not associated with this agreement or the guidelines is strictly prohibited.
   

• Termination: RealEstate2Go.net reserves the right to refuse use of the system and services to anyone at any time for any reason without notice or explanation
   

• You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Site. You must describe your item and all terms of sale on the listing page of the Site. Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. All listed items must be listed in an appropriate category.

Fraud:

• Without limiting any other remedies, RealEstate2Go.net may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

System Integrity:

• Undermining the usability or working condition of the RealEstate2Go.net website or web server is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of passwords or user accounts is also prohibited. Do not share your account information with other parties.

Breach of the User Agreement:

• Breach of this User Agreement may result in termination or temporary suspension of your RealEstate2Go.net account. Providing inaccurate registration information constitutes breach of this agreement.

No Warranties:

• The RealEstate2Go.net website is provided "as is". RAD Internet Advertising, Inc. makes no warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied. RAD Internet Advertising, Inc. does not guarantee the availability of any of its services.

Limitation of Liability:

• RAD Internet Advertising, Inc. shall in no event be held liable for any damages arising out of use (or inability to use) of the site and services, or in connection with this User Agreement.
   
• Acceptance of this User Agreement and participation in our services requires your acceptance to and agreement to abide by our Legal Disclaimer.

General Release:

• Renters, Buyers, Owners and Owner Agents agree to release RAD Internet Advertising, Inc. (dba RealEstate2Go.net) should a dispute arise between the parties during a transaction. Each party agrees to release RAD Internet Advertising, Inc. (dba RealEstate2Go.net) from claims, demands, damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way associated with such disputes.
